Kyoung-Tae Cheon
Patent and Trademark Attorney
Mr. Cheon drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the field of mechanical engineering. He handles all phases of intellectual property including procurement of patents, patent trials and litigation, and provides counsel in connection with these matters.
Before joining Kasan, he had worked as a patent attorney at Mega International Patent Office for 1 year and at Essen International Patent Office for 2 years.
He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University in 2007.
Mr. Cheon passed the Korean patent bar examination in 2009, and completed the patent attorney training program at the International IP Training Institute in Korea.
He has a good command of English.
