Mr. Yang drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. He handles all phases of intellectual property including procurement of patents, patent trials and litigation, and provides counsel in connection with these matters.

Before joining Kasan, he had worked as a patent attorney at CHUNGJIN Law Firm for 2 years. Also, he had worked as a patent attorney at HanLim Patent & Law Office.

He received a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Industrial & Systems Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 2010.

Mr. Yang passed the Korean patent bar examination in 2008, and completed the patent attorney training program at the International IP Training Institute in Korea.

He has a good command of English.
